ZKIN LED Mask – Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and return of the ZKIN LED Facial Mask. By purchasing a ZKIN LED Facial Mask, you agree to the following:
1. Returns Policy
1.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, the ZKIN LED Facial Mask is non-returnable if the packaging seal has been opened.
1.2. Exceptions will only be made in cases where the device is deemed faulty as outlined below.
2. Faulty Devices
2.1. A device may be considered faulty if it is non-functional or defective upon delivery.
2.2. Devices that have sustained water damage or show evidence of misuse will not be eligible for exchange.
2.3. If the item is damaged upon delivery then you must notify ZKIN in writing or by phone within 72 hours of delivery.
2.4 If a fault with your device is identified that is not due to damage during transit, you must notify ZKIN in writing or by phone within 30 days of delivery.
3. Notification Requirements for Faulty Devices
3.1. To report a fault, you must contact ZKIN via hello@zkinhub.com within the 30-day notification period, calculated from the date and time of confirmed delivery.
3.2. The notification must include:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
A detailed description of the fault.
Photographic or video evidence of the issue, where applicable.
4. Exchange Terms
4.1. If the device is confirmed as faulty within 30-days of delivery, ZKIN can repair, exchange or provide a refund.
4.2. ZKIN will cover all reasonable shipping costs for returning the faulty device and dispatching the replacement. Customers must follow ZKIN’s instructions for arranging return shipping.
5. Exclusions
5.1. Devices reported outside the 30-day notification period will not be eligible for a refund.
5.2. Devices showing signs of water damage or improper use will not be accepted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
