3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Product Condition
Returns will only be accepted where products are returned in their original packaging and re-sellable condition. Products cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken, except where the device is faulty.
If a device is faulty (excluding water damage), you are entitled to either a repair, replacement or refund if within 30 days of delivery.
3.2 Notification Period: If the item is damaged upon delivery, you must notify ZKIN in writing or by phone within 72 hours of delivery. Faulty devices (not damaged via delivery) must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3 Shipping Costs: ZKIN will cover the shipping costs for returning faulty products that meet the above conditions.
4. Product Use and Safety
4.1 Medical Information: The ZKIN LED Facial Mask is a cosmetic device designed for at-home use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always follow the instructions provided.
4.2 If you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort while using the product, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
5. Marketing and Communications
